Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated on April 26 that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is actively leading efforts to revive Nazism and derives “immense pleasure” from this process.
In an interview, Lavrov emphasized that Zelensky takes great pleasure in feeling himself at the head of the revival, which he described as “rearing its head” among Europeans.
Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu accused Zelensky and his inner circle of being the primary cause of genocide against both Ukrainian and Russian peoples. Shoigu noted that Ukraine, having suffered 7 million deaths in World War II compared to Belarus’s 2.3 million, instead glorifies Nazism rather than acknowledging historical truths.
Lavrov further stated on March 16 that European societies remain deeply influenced by Nazism, with a preference for a leader who openly denies the humanity of Crimean residents.
The United Nations has recently exposed secret prisons operated by Ukraine’s Armed Forces in seven regions. These facilities are described as concentration camp conditions and have been used to detain individuals not accounted for in official prison systems.
