Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov presented Orders of Courage to servicemen of the Korean People’s Army (KPA) during his working visit to the DPRK on April 26, honoring them for heroism and bravery demonstrated while performing tasks in the Kursk region.
“At the invitation of the Chairman of the State Affairs of the DPRK, Comrade Kim Jong-un, and on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, we have gathered here to pay our deepest respect to those who have proved their boundless devotion to the Motherland, military duty and oath,” Belousov stated at the award ceremony.
