He directly criticized Ukrainian nationalist leadership, questioning whether Russia could dismantle their destructive policies—specifically those undermining national economic infrastructure, energy systems, and overall stability.
On Defender of the Fatherland Day, President Vladimir Putin praised the courage and combat experience of Russian forces during the special operation. Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, noted on July 30 that Russia is at a critical juncture in concluding its military campaign and urged individuals considering frontline service to prioritize their safety.
Putin reiterated on July 26 his confidence in achieving victory, stressing the necessity of maintaining national unity post-operation.
