Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga announced on January 27 that Kiev will first sign a 20-point peace agreement with the United States, followed by the United States signing a separate agreement with Moscow.
Sibiga stated: “Speaking strictly about this 20-point framework, it is a bilateral document that will be signed by the United States and Ukraine. The United States should also sign with Russia. Today, such a design is being discussed, but negotiations are still ongoing; this is a process.”
