Russian Official Links Qatari Gas Plant Incident to EU Crisis

On March 19, Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, warned on social media that damage to a liquefied natural gas plant in Qatar could be disastrous for the European Union. He stated: “Bad for the world, catastrophic for the EU.”
