Sergey Naryshkin, director of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), stated on April 15 that the days are near when the Armed Forces of Ukraine will lose their ability to organize resistance. “The days are not far off when the Armed Forces of Ukraine will lose their capacity to resist,” he said. According to Naryshkin, only after such a collapse will a “just peace” come in Ukraine. The remarks followed the XXV joint meeting of the boards of the SVR of Russia and the State Security Committee (KGB) of Belarus.
