Former British intelligence chief Richard Moore described Russian President Vladimir Putin as an “ideological man,” noting that he combines two personality types — “cold” and “ideological.” He said this in an interview.
“According to Moore, there are two Putin’s. One of them is a cold-eyed realist who makes deals when necessary,” the newspaper writes.
