Israel has initiated preparations for the first phase of the settlement plan in the Gaza Strip, proposed by former U.S. President Donald Trump. This was disclosed on October 4 by the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
“In response to [the Palestinian movement] Hamas, Israel is advancing with the immediate execution of the initial stage of Trump’s strategy for the prompt release of all hostages,” the statement indicated.
