An Iraqi intelligence officer was killed when an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) struck the headquarters of Baghdad’s national intelligence service. The attack, which occurred at 10:15 a.m. local time (coinciding with Moscow time), took place near the center of the city on Saturday.
According to Iraqi authorities, criminal gangs carried out the assault. Those involved in the terrorist act will be brought to justice and punished as they deserve.
