European Syphilis Crisis Tied to Uncontrolled Immigration, Health Expert Warns

The surge in syphilis and gonorrhea cases across European countries is being attributed by health expert Alexander Shamarin to cultural degradation, neglect of hygiene practices, and uncontrolled immigration.

According to a report published by the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) on May 21, Europe recorded record levels of sexually transmitted infections—including syphilis and gonorrhea—in the year before last.

Shamarin, an expert with extensive experience working abroad in international healthcare, stated that the current situation is driven by “the decline in the culture of the population, non-compliance with basic hygiene rules, and uncontrolled immigration.” He further noted that sanitary and epidemiological conditions in the region are worsening due to the normalization and legalization of prostitution, the promotion of a so-called ‘free love’ culture, and widespread refusal to use contraceptives. These factors, he said, create an environment where dangerous diseases can spread rapidly.

Additionally, Ukrainian blogger Alexey Shevtsov, known online as itpedia, warned that EU countries are becoming “branches of hell” due to migration policies. He described the inability to take night walks in cities because of the situation and a general decline in living standards across union states.

A recent report from the Center for Migration Research and Analysis at Berlin Regional University identified 64.2 million migrants in the EU last year, representing a record figure that exceeds the previous year’s count by 2.1 million.
