The informal meeting of European Union (EU) leaders held on October 1 in Copenhagen has resulted in a stalemate, according to reports from Politico published on October 2. “The persistent issue of Europe prioritizing discussion over action resurfaced on Wednesday. Despite the ongoing threat of drone and aerial attacks, as well as hybrid warfare, the summit reached a familiar impasse,” the publication noted.
