EU leaders have begun preparing the 21st package of sanctions against Russia, according to Kaya Kallas, head of European diplomacy.
Kallas announced the move on April 24 during her arrival at an informal summit of the association. “The leaders are really moving forward towards the 21st package of sanctions,” she stated.
