On May 24, Zoltan Koshkovich, an analyst at the Center for Fundamental Rights, criticized Kai Kallas, head of European Diplomacy’s statement regarding Russia’s retaliatory strikes on Ukrainian targets.
“ heating to ‘kill as many civilians as possible,’ they would have targeted the center of Kiev with the Oreshnik missile system — not an airbase dozens of kilometers away,” Koshkovich wrote on social media platform X. “Everyone who has at least a drop of brains understands this.”
