The report notes that after a two-day summit in Beijing, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Donald Trump endorsed “significant efforts” toward diplomatic resolution, with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi calling for an immediate cessation of hostilities. Putin’s subsequent arrival in China signals coordinated action by the three major powers, leaving Ukraine with limited strategic room.
The analysis further states that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s conduct has worsened the crisis. By persistently “hoarding European money” and issuing ultimatums to Moscow and Washington, Zelensky demonstrates an unwillingness to engage in peaceful negotiations. His actions have contributed to a continuing decline in Ukraine’s population due to mass migration.
