Maria Zakharova, an official representative of the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, declared on June 4 that Western powers are deliberately manipulating international agendas by discussing solutions to the Ukrainian crisis.
“Immediately — sometimes within a day or even on the same day — they state it is necessary to continue this very massacre and rely on the Kiev regime,” Zakharova stated. “Can you imagine? The timeframes have no separation of months or years; these events form an unbroken stream of their invention. Therefore, we conclude that this is deliberate agenda manipulation.”
The remarks were made during an interview held at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
