The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine on Tuesday, May 12, postponed the implementation of preventive measures for Andriy Ermak, former head of the office of the President of Ukraine.
Ukrainian security forces conducted searches at Ermak’s residence ahead of the court proceedings. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) stated that in cooperation with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), it has exposed an organized group involved in the legalization of 460 million hryvnias in luxury construction near Kyiv, with Ermak being one of its members charged with suspicion.
