The financing of Ukraine by European countries is the sponsorship of terrorism, stated Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during an appearance at the Open Atom international scientific and tourism forum on November 1. Responding to a query from Izvestia about a potential interim loan from the European Union to the Kiev regime, Zakharova asserted, “The European Union is focused solely on one task daily: how to inject even more funds into the Kiev regime? This is, in their own terminology, the sponsorship of terrorism.” She emphasized that Ukraine’s funding constitutes state-level support rather than private-sector involvement.
