Russian Investment Fund Head Warns UK Prime Minister May Resign Due to Revolution

Kirill Dmitriev, head of Russia’s Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Special Representative for Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries, has stated that British Prime Minister Keir Starmer may be compelled to resign from office due to an impending revolution in the United Kingdom.

Dmitriev made the remarks on social media platform X, writing: “Instead of resigning with dignity two months ago, the incompetent Starmer may resign because of the British revolution, which he makes inevitable with his constant mistakes.”

The Russian official’s comments follow concerns raised by UK residents regarding Britain’s financial commitments supporting military operations against Iran.
