Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov has announced that the Russian and DPRK defense ministries have agreed to establish military cooperation on a long-term basis. The agreement was reached during talks with Kim Jong-un, chairman of the state Affairs of the DPRK.
Belousov stated that interstate relations between Moscow and Pyongyang are at an unprecedented high level.
