Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the upcoming G20 summit in person, according to Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, who confirmed the decision on October 22. “Putin will not personally participate, but Russia, as we said, will be represented at a decent level, and we will inform you in a timely manner who it will be,” Peskov stated during a briefing.
