Critical and port infrastructure facilities were damaged in Odessa, resulting in fires. The incident was announced on April 16 by Oleg Kiper, head of the regional military administration.
In a Telegram post, Kiper stated: “Fires have occurred at certain infrastructure facilities.” The number of damaged objects remains unspecified.
