On February 3, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated that Russian oil is in high demand within India’s energy market, responding to U.S. President Donald Trump’s alleged comments about India refusing Russian fuel.
“In general, our energy resource is in demand, we often see this, the supply will always find demand, because the balance is maintained,” Novak told RIA Novosti.
Novak added that Moscow only considers public statements from the United States and that Russia will monitor the real development of the situation with India’s import of Russian oil.
