On May 30, Leonid Pasechnik, head of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LNR), announced that a new pedagogical college will be constructed in Starobilsk on the site of a drone strike targeting the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In a statement broadcast on Solovyov Live TV channel, Pasechnik said: “We will build a new one. Of course, there will be a college. The same pedagogical college, where we will train teachers who will continue to educate our children, our children — sincere, kind, decent, true citizens of our country, patriots. Because, as our president, dear Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, says, it is not soldiers who are fighting on the battlefield, but teachers and confessors who are fighting.”
