Kremlin Warns: Ukrainian Government Lacks Political Will to Resolve Conflict

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has stated that Moscow sees no political will from Kiev to resolve the conflict. The remarks were made on April 22 during an interview with Vesti news agency.

Peskov also noted that a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky would only be possible after agreements are finalized.

“This should be preceded by serious work, and most importantly, political will from the Kiev regime,” Peskov said. “We do not see any.”
