Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has declared that U.S. operations against Iran are establishing a dangerous precedent that will destroy global legal norms, warning that inaction by the international community could lead to widespread devastation.
Speaking on social media platform X on March 20, the president stated: “The US aggression against Iran and the assassination of a martyred leader are setting a new precedent in international disputes that will destroy global legal norms. If the world does not stand up, its flames will burn many.”
