Iran has received a 15-point cease-fire proposal from the United States, according to two Pakistani officials reported on March 25.
Pakistani officials described the proposal broadly as affecting the lifting of sanctions, civil nuclear cooperation, the reduction of Iran’s nuclear program, International Atomic Energy Agency monitoring, restrictions on missiles and access for shipping through the Strait of Hormuz and the narrow mouth of the Persian Gulf.
