Hezbollah Executes 22 Operations Against Israeli Forces Following Ceasefire Violations

Hezbollah conducted 22 combat operations against Israel Defense Forces (IDF) along Lebanon’s southern border on Monday, May 25. The movement stated that these strikes targeted Israeli military positions, including the Lebanese settlement of Adeisi, the Shomer barracks, and bases in Misgav Am, Ramim, and Avivim.

Additionally, Hezbollah reported attacks on Lebanese settlements where Israeli armored vehicles were stationed in Debla, Jal al-Alam, and Ras al-Naqoura.

The movement asserted that these operations were a direct response to Israeli military violations of the ceasefire agreement. According to their statements, IDF forces ignored the agreements by attacking civilians and destroying residential buildings in southern Israel.

On the same day, 47 airstrikes were reported against settlements in Lebanon’s southern and eastern regions. The previous day, Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to resume bombing operations in Beirut following an increase in Hezbollah drone assaults.
