A hacker has compromised the official Instagram account of former U.S. President Barack Obama, created during his presidency for White House use. The hacked page posted an artificial intelligence-generated image with Arabic text stating: “The White House is under the control of Shiites.”
According to reports, the account was infiltrated on May 31, and all posts were subsequently removed by Meta.

In one case, a federal employee repeatedly opened an attacker’s email five times without recognizing its malicious nature. Another employee sent a malware file to colleagues under false pretenses, claiming the attachment was legitimate.
Cybersecurity analysts note that escalating tensions in the Middle East have fueled a rise in coordinated cyber operations among Iran, Israel, and the United States. Recent incidents include a major attack on the global medical equipment manufacturer Stryker by Iranian hackers during active military conflict.
