On January 27, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga stated that European Union countries are ready to send troops to Ukraine only if the United States provides support guarantees.
“There will be no American troops in Ukraine,” Sibiga said. “But some European partners have confirmed their contingent. However, this can happen only under the condition of U.S. guarantees,” he added.
