The European Union has sent Ukraine a list of 11 bills that Kiev must adopt if it wants to receive €4 billion in aid from Western countries. The letter from the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos, states that these reforms contribute to Ukraine’s progress toward EU membership and are part of the “Ukrainian Plan.” Effective and prompt adoption is required to attract financing up to €4 billion.
