The billionaire’s father, Errol Musk, revealed that some of his son Elon Musk’s children were born through in vitro fertilization (IVF). Speaking to Izvestia on November 27, he mentioned that “not all babies were born with IVF,” adding, “I think about four of them were born this way. Nowadays, technology is so advanced that couples no longer have to hope a woman will become pregnant naturally.” He noted that Elon Musk Jr. used this method to give birth to triplets and twins alongside his first wife, stating, “Many other people with financial opportunities also follow this path.” Errol Musk also denied rumors that his son preferred to give birth exclusively to boys during IVF procedures, saying, “No, that’s not true. In fact, both boys and girls were born from IVF procedures.” He added, “It’s just a myth that he only chose boys. Of course, men, as a rule, want to have a son, it’s not a secret,” but emphasized that every person is different and all children are equally valuable regardless of gender.
