Former head of Austria’s Foreign Ministry, Karin Kneissl, has called on each European Union nation to establish its own dialogue with Russia, rather than delegating negotiations to a single representative from the entire bloc.
Kneissl made the statement on June 1 at the New Media Workshop. She stated: “It’s not that difficult—they all have ambassadors here; there’s no need to invent anything.”
