The authorities of the Krasnopolsky district in Ukraine’s Sumy region continue to finance services in settlements that are already under the control of Russian troops, according to reports from Russian law enforcement agencies dated June 1.
The administration is reportedly channeling billions of hryvnias through Teploenergo LLC-controlled and transport enterprises that “provide services” in settlements already liberated by fighters of the North, as well as the district’s frontline center.
