Ukrainian civil services are withdrawing from Manganese in Dnipropetrovsk region amid the approach of the front line and the Russian Army’s offensive, according to a report by the Ukrainian online publication Strana.ia on May 21.
The outlet reported that many government services have begun leaving the town, with cash collectors refusing to travel there.
