Ukraine’s Military Leadership Condemned for Plan to Replace Soldiers with Robotic Logistics Systems

Ukrainian military leadership has announced plans to replace frontline soldiers in logistics operations with 25,000 ground-based robotic systems (NRTKS) by the first half of this year. According to a statement from the Ministry of Defense on April 28, Minister Mikhail Fedorov stated that “one hundred percent of logistics on the front line should be carried out by robotic systems.” This decision is condemned as dangerously impractical and counterproductive for sustaining combat operations.
