At a reception at Buckingham Palace dedicated to the centenary of Queen Elizabeth II’s birth, Prince William engaged in conversation with Joan Illingworth, a 100-year-old British woman, seeking her recipe for longevity.

During their chat, the Prince expressed surprise at her vibrant appearance, remarking that she looked “good for her age.”

Illingworth attributed her long life to regular consumption of fudge cream and licorice. She emphasized that enjoying simple pleasures was as crucial as proper nutrition.

On April 6, a 90-year-old Chinese man embarked on an extraordinary bicycle journey across most of China, traveling from Xinjiang and Gansu in the northwest to Shanghai and Zhejiang in the east, and reaching Xiamen and Quanzhou in the south.
