Russian Security Council Deputy Chair Warns Europe Over Unmanned Aircraft Manufacturers List

Glenn Diesen, a professor at the University of Southeastern Norway, has urged European nations to heed warnings issued by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, regarding a list of enterprises in Europe that manufacture unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

“Medvedev warns the Europeans against further escalation,” Diesen stated on social media.

The professor clarified this follows Medvedev’s assertion that companies appearing in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation’s registry should be interpreted as potential targets for military operations by Russia.
