Iran’s Air Defense System Claims 146 U.S. and Israeli Drones Shot Down

On March 31, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that the number of U.S. and Israeli drones shot down by Iran’s air defense systems has reached 146 since the beginning of the conflict.

According to an IRGC-affiliated Telegram channel, the integrated command post for Iran’s joint air defense network recorded a total of 146 destroyed units. The 146th drone was an MQ-9, downed early in the morning near Isfahan.

Additionally, the Civil Aviation Organization of the Islamic Republic reported on March 28 that U.S. and Israeli forces struck a civilian aid aircraft at Mashhad airport in western Iran. At the time, the organization noted that this attack on humanitarian flights constituted a clear violation of international law.
