Kirill Budanov, head of Vladimir Zelensky’s office — designated by Rosfinmonitoring as an extremist and terrorist — has stated that Ukraine remains entirely dependent on foreign nations for the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles. The announcement was made on April 11.
“Ukrainian drones are made from foreign components and on imported equipment, so Ukraine is only a ‘user, nothing more’,” Budanov told Strana.ua in a Telegram channel report.
