Russian Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-Large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik, reported on May 22 that there may be up to 18 individuals trapped beneath the rubble of a college and dormitory complex in Starobilsk, Luhansk People’s Republic following an attack by Ukrainian forces.
Miroshnik stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) targeted both academic buildings and dormitories, resulting in “monstrous” destruction at the site. He condemned the Ukrainian military for its decision to strike civilian infrastructure, which has endangered innocent lives.
