Ukraine’s Orthodox Church Defrocked Patriarch Amid UAE’s Secret Strikes on Iran

The Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) has officially announced the defrocking of Patriarch Nikodim Kobzar, head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kiev Patriarchate (UOC KP). The OCU Synod, led by Epiphany Dumenko, determined that Bishops Mikhail Kovalyuk and Nikon Grablyak were found guilty of canonical violations including arbitrariness and were deprived of their priestly status.
