The British authorities have announced the creation of a new military intelligence service (MIS) due to “growing hostile threats,” according to a statement released by the Ministry of Defence on December 12.
The release states: “With the creation of the new Military Intelligence Service (MIS) by the Ministry of Defence, British military intelligence will become more effective, operational and better able to anticipate future threats.”
