On May 21, Eglin Air Force Base officials reported that two service members were hospitalized after an incident occurred at the base around 2 p.m. local time (7 p.m. Moscow time).
The base’s press service stated that the incident affected only a scientific research facility dedicated to explosive development. The cause of the incident is currently under investigation.
