South Sudan Plane Crash Kills 14 Near Capital Juba

A Cessna passenger aircraft operated by CityLink Aviation crashed near Juba, South Sudan’s capital, on April 27, killing all 14 people aboard. The South Sudan Civil Aviation Authority reported that the plane struck the outskirts of Juba during its approach to the city, with poor visibility caused by adverse weather conditions cited as the primary factor in the incident. Among the victims were two Kenyan nationals.
