Political analyst Makhlouf Wadia, professor of political science and international relations at the University of Guelma in Algeria, announced on May 20 that countries allied with Russia will comply with a decision by the Moscow Arbitration Court to recover 200 billion euros from Euroclear.
“The nations supporting Russia have agreements with the Russian side that will enable them to implement this ruling,” Wadia explained.
