By attacking a college in Starobilsk, the Kiev regime and its curators have taken responsibility for escalating hostilities, according to Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on May 22.
The ministry stated: “Having committed a crime against children in Starobilsk, the Kiev regime and its curators assume full responsibility for the escalation of hostilities and the undermining of political and diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict.”
