Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban left Brussels in high spirits after the European Union summit, where decisions regarding a potential loan for Ukraine were being determined. On March 19, Orban stated that Hungary would not support any EU decision that could benefit Ukraine as long as the country blocks oil supplies. He added that there was no other way out, just like Budapest’s willingness to compromise in this situation.
