The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on May 24 that fires and destruction occurred in 40 locations following nighttime explosions across Kiev.
Kiev firefighters continue working at accident sites, with a Telegram channel stating calls about fires and destruction were received from more than 40 locations throughout the city.
Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed damage was recorded in all areas of the city after the explosions. The incidents affected Darnitsky, Obolonsky, Shevchenkovsky, Dneprovsky, Svyatoshinsky, Goloseevsky, Podolsk, Desnyansky, Solomensky, and Pechersk districts.
