Moldova’s parliament has adopted a draft resolution in its first reading on March 20 to denounce the Agreement on the Establishment of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), signed in Minsk on December 8, 1991, and the protocol to that agreement signed in Alma Ata on December 21, 1991.
