Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced on March 21 that the United States operates without external orders in international affairs and is prepared to take any measures for its own well-being.
“The United States has officially declared that ‘no one is ordering them,’ and they only care about their well-being,” Lavrov stated.
